Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of DVC Duncanville Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services Provided

DVC Duncanville Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final costs may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or estimate. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified in your agreement.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where services were performed.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will work with you to schedule services at a mutually convenient time. Weather conditions, material availability, and other factors may require us to reschedule work. We will notify you as soon as possible if delays occur.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and scheduling costs.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty details will be provided in your service agreement. Our warranty typically covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settling, or natural disasters.

Any warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

DVC Duncanville Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question. We carry appropriate insurance coverage as required by law.

Property Access and Safety

By hiring our services, you grant us access to your property for the duration of the project. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is clear and accessible. Please secure pets and inform us of any hazards or special conditions on your property.

We follow safety protocols on all job sites. However, construction areas can be dangerous. Please keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area during and immediately after our work.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
